1. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, biometric data (height, weight, age, fitness goals), workout logs, and nutrition logs. We also collect usage data, device type, and IP address for security and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to deliver the STRYKE service: generating personalised AI training protocols, tracking progress, powering the Gulag Protocol, and sending account communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors: Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic / Google (AI generation — prompts may be processed by their APIs), Brevo (email delivery), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each operates under their own privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at coach@stryke.app.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies required for authentication and CSRF protection. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) only with your consent. You may opt out at any time.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at coach@stryke.app to exercise these rights.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over TLS. Passwords are hashed using Django's PBKDF2 algorithm. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
