1. Acceptance

By creating a STRYKE account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

STRYKE is an AI-powered fitness coaching platform. Training protocols, nutrition guidance, and all AI-generated content are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day full refund from your first purchase date. Refund requests after 7 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact coach@stryke.app with your account email and order ID.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract AI models or training data from STRYKE. You may not use the service to generate content that violates applicable law. Abuse of AI endpoints (including prompt injection attacks) results in immediate account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated training protocols are provided under a personal, non-commercial licence. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish STRYKE-generated content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

STRYKE is provided "as is." We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of our platform or AI-generated content. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling via the billing portal and emailing coach@stryke.app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which STRYKE operates.
